Terminal blocks handle high current for power panels

With a pass-through current capability of up to 130 amps (A), the new OTB series of terminal blocks from BlockMaster Electronics Inc. is well suited for the transfer of high power from outside to inside power panels, particularly for special power situations or for custom polarization, said the company. These high power feed-through terminal blocks can also be used for power supply, lighting, machine tool and off-road vehicle applications.
DRAM maker sampling 2-Gbit DDR2 DRAM

Micron Technology Inc. is sampling 2-Gbit, DDR2 devices to a select server customer. The DRAM maker said the part, MT47H512M4HG, is designed to enable up to 8-Gbyte high density modules, providing more memory per server with less space and power consumption than current component offerings.

Fordahl USA Inc. said it has introduced the industry's smallest wide temperature range Stratum III and Sonet temperature compensated crystal oscillator (TCXO). The new lead-free/RoHS compliant TCXO offers a temperature stability of ±0.28 ppm over a temperature range of -40° to 85°C in a surface-mount 5 x 7-mm package.
