Infineon Technologies AG a publié un bénéfice net de 142 millions d’euros sur des ventes de 1,816 milliard d’euros au titre de son premier trimestre fiscal 2005, clos en décembre. Pour comparaison, le quatrième fabricant mondial de puces affichait un bénéfice net de 34 millions d’euros sur des ventes de 1,623 milliard de dollars un an plus tôt et un bénéfice net de 44 millions de dollars sur des ventes de 1,993 milliard d’euros au trimestre précédent.

Constitué de cinq vice-présidents exécutifs, du directeur des opérations et du directeur général, ce comité a pour mission de représenter l’ensemble des fonctions de l’organisation, de définir la politique du groupe, de coordonner les différentes stratégies du groupe et de piloter les principaux programmes transversaux.
