Das schafft doch jeder: Man nehme zwei FPGA-Chips (Field Programmable Gate Arrays), packe sie auf eine Platine, und fertig ist der Prototyp. So bestechend einfach wie dieses "Kochrezept" klingt, ist die Entwicklung von FPGA-Prototypen leider nicht. Es geht nicht mit zwei FPGAs - und gänzlich unrealistisch ist es bei Designs mit fünf oder sechs solcher Bausteine.

Synplicity Inc. has apparently sped up the timeline for transitioning Gary Meyers to his new post as Synplicity's president and CEO, as the company announced Sept. 28 that Meyers will assume the new post effective Oct. 2.

Niedrige Kosten bei hohen Stückzahlen - nach Adam Riese müssten maßgeschneiderte ASICs die bevorzugte Wahl für Consumer-Elektronik sein. Doch bei Recherchen zu einem Artikel musste ich feststellen, dass das nicht immer der Fall ist.

Ces poursuites, dont l’objectif est d’obtenir des dommages-intérêts et des mesures de redressement par voie d’injonction, constituent une réponse à la lettre de déclaration de brevet envoyée précédemment par Magma.
