MILPITAS, Calif.--California Micro Devices Corp. today announced a foundry agreement with China's Advanced Semiconductor Manufacturing Corp. (ASMC) in Shanghai, which will produce the company's analog semiconductors and "Application Specific Integrated Passive (ASIP) devices.
