DC/DC converter with VLDO regulator targets newest microcontrollers

Linear Technology introduces a synchronous buck regulator and a 300mA VLDO in a single package. It can generate output voltages as low as 0.8V from the buck regulator and 0.4V from the VLDO, targeting the latest generation of microcontrollers.

Equipped with an active bias circuit, Avago's MGA-631P8 and -632P8 low-noise amplifiers (LNAs) are designed for the receiver chain of GSM, CDMA2000, wideband CDMA (W-CDMA), and WiMAX base station and repeater designs.

AnalogicTech Inc.'s AAT1235 and the AAT1236 boost converters drive backlight light-emitting diodes (LEDs) used in display designs. These devices offer a voltage power source capable of driving 5 strings of 4 series-connected LEDs.
