Wow! This is pretty amazing -- Using the Internet as a *Sixth Sense* -- Is this a taste of things to come?
Good Grief Caruthers! Our old chum Jay Dowling just pointed me at a jolly amazing website showing videos of a guy at MIT wearing a mega-innovative information system. This defies a quick and easy description on my part (mainly due to the fact that it's late Friday afternoon and I'm about to run out of my office because I hear a cold beer calling my name*), so you'll just have to check out the main article and its associated videos:
*When they come to make a play out of my life (as I'm sure they will), I can see the stage directions now:
BEER: "Max, Max, where are yoooooou?"
MAX: "Worry not, I'm coming little one..."
It's almost like Shakespeare, isn't it? (Speaking of which, I just finished re-reading Bill Bryson's Shakespeare: The World as Stage; if you haven't seen this, I highly recommend it as a very funny and extremely informative work).
