In the past quarter century, GM's world market share was 54%; now it's down to 13%. Why?

Horvath claims that not only did GM fail to recognize consumer demand for Hondas and Toyotas as they crashed onto the scene, another key element was a secret project. GM's Project 2000 was, according to Horvath, the systematic elimination of dealers to take place by the year 2000.
