You're not supposed to put multimeters in water!!!   (Sorry, couldn't resist..... :-)

I'm sure your new life will have idyllic and not-so-idyllic moments, but it will all be interesting, and you can't ask for more than that.  Best of luck with it!

Clear air, chilly weather, spectacular views,

Would it be correct to assume that you have a Newtonian reflector with a big honkin' mirror?  Or intend to obtain one?  I know if I ever won a lottery I'd move to the mountains with the biggest damn mirror obtainable.

As cool as the "RV lifestyle" sounds, I'm not sure I would like living wihtout a garage!
