I don't think MRAM and PCM and RRAM were targeting the same applications, ever, since their characteristics were so different. Likewise, no DRAM maker I know of is taking MRAM seriously as a direct replacement. It's too expensive, even compared to DRAM. MRAM might be more suitable as something in between SRAM and DRAM. XPoint was the nearer possibility to DRAM, and that's still quite some time away. PCM I thought was the basis of XPoint, RRAM being another possible alternative for this SCM-type application. Neuromorphic stuff is always interesting but it's a totally different design, almost a different type of device entirely.
