I would like to use Perforce SCM, especially there is defect track integrated with it. However, comparing with free available SVN, CVS, Perforce's license model does have some limitation.

Some groups have 1 engineer working on code. SCM doesn't help too much 1 engineer. But that said (most groups have multiple people) people who don't use SCM tools are not doing professional work. They can do it this way but they should not be PAID. Too much 'I don't wanna'...
