ANT (I love that name), is demonstrating its Galio TV application Manager and S/W at CES this week. Galio TV App Manager is a platform to deliver and control interactive TV, with more than 70% of the world's IPTV deployment relying on ANT.
The demo includes fast channel change, next generation electronic program guide (EPG) and various interactive services that form the basis of the majority of the world's IPTV deployments. ANT will also demo ANT PurePlay, a digital media manager that solves the problems of content navigation.
I would love to be at CES for all of the really zoomy technology announced each January. I wish I were there for all of the glitz, the sound, and the hype--as well as to see first hand how to use this stuff! Sigh.
