The latest black eye on the mobile handset community comes from Highland Ranch, Colo., where allegedly, a teenager lost control of his car while sending text messages. The 17-year old struck a bicyclist, who died two days after the accident.
It's bad enough that we see people talking on their phones while driving, but this goes even beyond that mistake. Let's hope the Colorado officials learn a lesson from this unfortunate incident and crack down on these offenders. Maybe then we can make a national law.
