Unlike the NFL, where a right officiating call was reversed and changed to the wrong call, I'm going to right a wrong.
Unlike the NFL, where a right officiating call was reversed and changed to the wrong call, I'm going to right a wrong. A blog I wrote last week (Don't believe everything you read) said that two reports on wireless and wireless telephony were in conflict with each other. Upon further review, I may have been too hasty in my conclusion.
The first release, from iSuppli, refers to mobile-phone production revenue, while the second, from In-Stat, discusses business spending on wireless services. As one reader pointed out, "these are two very different subjects."
I was mistaken in thinking that In-Stat's report covered the mobile phones themselves, rather than the enterprise wireless services.
Sorry for the confusion.
