Yikes! There are a lot of people crammed into this place, although it’s light years better than the past couple of years when the show was held in Cannes. Here in Barcelona, the halls are spread out, so there’s a little bit of room to walk.
I expected to be smothered with Mobile TV information here at this show, but that hasn’t been the case, at least not yet. One of the hottest topics so far has been HSDPA. That’s pretty timely, as that’s the top article on the Mobile Handset DesignLine at the moment ( HSDPA is coming. Make sure you're ready for it ).
Another oddity here in Spain is that people don’t eat dinner unntil 9:00. What’s up with that? Worse yet, that’s when most of the restaurants open. What happened to “early to bed, early to rise?”
Oh well, I’m going to scout out the Mobile TV scenario tomorrow, and I’ll let you know what I find.
