@daveca - You just like the word 'fraud' dontcha? Rather than saying EPA estimates are 'fraudulent' you should more accurately say that EPA estimates are 'not realistic' or perhaps 'inadequate'. As far as affordability in non-western markets, I'm pretty sure that's why GM and Ford are building factories in China - labor and materials sourced in there - should be fairly competitive with the indigenous brands.
