Sufia has her ears on the ground in India. 

I love it when she just calls up India's key "movers and shakers" and pop the question to get their latest comments. 

But reading reports about India's ambition to build a chip industry there is almost like watching a really slow-moving film.

No offense to India, but why do they want to build a foundry in Inida?
