The iMX233 OLinuXino Nano is a very small ARM development board with a built-in LiPO charger.
Meet the iMX233 OLinuXino Nano, the latest open-source ARM development board from Olimex. This is the company's smallest offering; at 76x20mm, it is quite compact. The device features a built-in LiPo charger, making it perfect for projects that have to be highly mobile yet space scrimping.
Olimex usually makes much larger development boards with bigger, faster chips, but its engineers wanted to give small a try. They did pretty well; this thing is narrow enough to fit on a standard breadboard. Special attention was paid to the charging circuit, since the goal was mobility. A LiPo charger is included, as well as a step-up converter, allowing for USB connection when the board is running on battery power.

The board is completely open-source, so you can explore the software and hardware files if you want to recreate one on your own. If you want to buy one, you'll have to wait until the end of August, when it is expected to ship.
When it comes to any small ARM development board, the obvious comparison to the Raspberry Pi comes up. This board's processing power and size are roughly half those of the Raspberry Pi, and they will likely have completely different applications. You can run Linux with Apache as a web server on both boards, but this one will fit in your pocket much more comfortably than the Raspberry Pi.
