Join the EE Times editors to chat about what's been happening in electronics and engineering.
EE Times Live Online Chats are the place to see and be seen and discuss what's been happening in electronics and engineering and what you think about it all, from hard news to the weird and wonderful. Speaking of which, we will be having such a chat Wednesday, Oct. 30, commencing at 2:00 p.m. ET/11:00 a.m. PT.
One topic that's certainly close to my heart is the recent launch of PCB Designline, for which yours truly is the editor. Something else that has me tremendously enthused is my ongoing Arduino-powered robot project. Though I have had the occasional minor setback, I'm now back on track.
The hot-off-the-press topic in programmable space (where no one can hear you scream) is Altera's unveiling of the processor it will deploy in the Stratix 10 SoCs, which will be implemented using Intel's 14nm Tri-Gate process. Can you believe a 64-bit quad-core ARM Cortex-A53? Quiet down, my beating heart.
Now is your chance to join the debate. All you have to do is click here at the appropriate time to join our chat and make your opinions known. If you aren't already a member of EE Times, now would be a perfect time to register.
In the meantime, can you suggest an EE Times-related caption for the following image?
Can you imagine being in that canoe and looking behind you? I'm getting shivers up my spine just thinking about it. If you have a suggestion for an EE Times-related caption, please post it in the comments below.
