Forthcoming "Fundamentals of MCUs" course features a hands-on workshop and a free STM32F429 Discovery Board.
Well, if this isnít Cool Beans I donít know what is. I just heard that my chum Jacob Beningo is going to be presenting a Fundamentals of Microcontrollers course at the EE Times University.
These courses usually run for one hour a day for five consecutive days, but Jason is planning something a little different this time. The first two sessions -- Introduction to MCUs and Selecting the Right MCU -- take place on Monday, December 2, and Tuesday, December 3, respectively. The remaining three days comprise a hands-on workshop based on the STM32F429 Discovery Board as shown below:
STM32F429 Discovery Board.
That workshop will take place the following week, on Wednesday, December 11, through Friday, December 13. The really exciting thing is that the first 1,000 qualified attendees of Days 1 and 2 (located in the US and Canada) will receive a Free STM32F429 Discovery Board for the hands-on workshop. (If you are based outside the US or Canada, you can still purchase your own board in time for the hands-on portion by clicking here.)
