This is an effective breakdown of a very powerful and increasingly detailed processor....As Apple goes, so does a great share of the market, in spite of the rise of Android phones.

So what does the current rumor mill have to say about thye possibility Apple is moving its A series processor to TSMC?

There is no doubt about the fact that this is a very good piece of engineering based on ARM architecture designed by Samsung being used in Quality conscious Apple devices, we can say that it is the right processor at the right place. Thanks to Chipworks for bringing forwards the greatness of the processor.

It is wonderful to see Samsung's great effort for A7 processor. Is Samsung 3D packging is also used for other Apple parts?
