Shrinking is good, software is key

Shrinking the power consumption is good for a variety of reasons.  At the same time, the software needs to shrink too so the system can shrink.  By attacking the problem from all directions, wireless microgateways can be more easily achieved.

Unison OS offers a complete micro wireless gateway solution today, off the shelf, running on most popular MCUs and MPUs.  It runs a broad set of IoT protocols.  See www.rowebots.com for details.

Sure, shrinking software is required. Tiny-OS, micro-algorithms, everything doing better with less is welcome.

Does this help with flash memory power efficiency too?
