Number of CNT contacts involved??

NO RATINGS
Perhaps the author would explain, in a typical ready for prime time NV memory device structure, how many CNT contacts are involved in each memory switching event? Are the same contact points always involved in each switching event during the write/erase lifetime or do some cease to be involved and others take over? In the claimed application as an MLC device is the operation based on progressively more and more contact points becoming involved as the resistance is reduced for the diffderent data levels?
