So this circuit will tally all of the votes in your kingdom and feed them into your castle.  Uh--thanks let me read the spec again...right-o, this is a monarchy, yes.  Okay, so this circuit allows you to enter the king's will into this input, and then, voila, it is output to each and every citizen in the kingdom instantly!
