@ "... every public ... building in Norway has to devote about 5% of its construction budget to art." What a great idea, I sare your sentiments about the utilitarian buildings that are the norm. @ "... the different colored dots represent the digits forming Pi" How? not resistor colour code, or anything else I can fathom??
