Audience hears winning news at Barcelona

LONDON — Audience has won the coveted award for 'Most Innovative True Mobile Start-up' at the 2008 GSMA Mobile Innovation Global Awards at a ceremony held Tuesday (Feb. 12) during the World Mobile Congress in Barcelona, Spain.

Earlier this week the company, based in Mountain View, California, said it has started sampling its voice processor, an IC modeled after the human hearing system, to mobile handset makers.
