LONDON – National Instruments Corp. (Austin, Texas) has acquired Signalion GmbH, a specialist in wireless communications standards and testing.
The purchase price was not disclosed. Signalion will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary selling and supporting its products through its direct, distributor and OEM channels.
The founders of Signalion (Dresden, Germany), Tim Hentschel and Thorsten Draeger, will remain with the company as co-managing directors.
