Specifically, e2v will highlight its Ultra-Wideband Mini Traveling Wave Tubes: the N20181 and N20180. The N20181 operates over the frequency range 4.5 – 18GHz and delivers over 100W of RF power over the full operating band. The N20180 has similar performance characteristics, but has the added capability of operating from 2 – 18GHz, with a minimum RF power of 100W from 4 – 18GHz, with reduced performance down to 2GHz. Both TWTs incorporate dual stage collectors, providing high overall efficiency and focus electrode switching, enabling both pulsed and continuous wave operation.
