A very useful articel but unfortunatly it has been fragmented. The derivation of the formula used to calculate the enob is missing, raising the question: 

"Is it the same formula for a 16 bit adc?"

In addition, the important formula is not indicated for the relationship between SNR and jitter.

Is there an option to read the complete article?
