The Professional Contractors Group (PCG) has announced the latest dates for its round-Britain roadshow offering advice on how to deal with the controversial IR35 tax measure.
More than 500 people have already attended IR35 Toolkit- Deciding and Defending Status seminars in London. The PCG is to host two sessions a day, at 2pm and 7pm, at the Renaissance Heathrow Hotel 5 March; the Holiday Inn, Bristol 7 March; the Britannia Hotel, Aberdeen 1 May; the Caledonian Hilton Hotel, Edinburgh 2 May; and the Renaissance Manchester Hotel, Manchester 3 May.
Seminars include Kevin Miller, PCG finance director, with guidance on completing the P35 form; Dave Smith, a former Inland Revenue inspector with experience of appeals; and Jane Akshar, PCG chairman, who will speak about the PCG's continuing attempts to challenge IR35 in the courts.
Attendance costs £85 for members and £135 for non-members.
