SAN JOSE, Calif. EDA startup Interactive Products Corp. is offering the registrants to its website a free single user license of its IFS Pro high-speed-design signal integrity EZ-Stack module.
Interactive Products Corp. started the program on Nov. 4 but the giveaway lasts until the end of the year. Earlier this year, the company partitioned its IFS Pro tool into modules to make the company's technology more affordable in the current economic environment. Now it wants users to test drive the technology.
EZ-Stack Pro, which typically is $600 for an annual subscription, is targeted at design engineers needing a high-speed analog field solver.
The EZ-Stack module allows users to create stack-up structures, such as PCBs, in a variety of formats which include microstrip, stripline, single driven, differential, broad side coupled, or edge coupled models.
Users can sign up for a free license on the company's web site web site.
Competing tool vendors are not eligible for participation.
