MANHASSET, N.Y. The merry go-round of executive changes continued at STMicroelectronics Thursday (Nov. 18), with the company appointing three new corporate vice presidents.
Otto Kosgalwies becomes vice president for the newly created Infrastructure and Services Group, which will govern ST's supply-chain activitites.
In addition, Patrice Chastagner has been appointed vice president of human resources, while Francois Guibert becomes vice president for the Emerging Markets Region.
The moves follow the September announcement
that president and chief executive Pasquale Pistorio would retire next year, with Carlo Bozotti becoming president and chief executive and Alain Dutheil becoming chief operating officer.
