SAN FRANCISCO Eagleware-Elanix Corp. has released an upgrade to its Genesys RF and microwave design suite.
Genesys 2005 includes a new frequency planning tool, new time domain simulator, two new synthesis modules, new models, enhancements to the linear, nonlinear and system architecture simulators and a revamped user interface.
Eagleware-Elanix believes the new version sets a new standard for ease of use.
In a statement issued Wednesday (May 18) by Eagleware-Elanix (Norcross, Ga.), Mark Zachmann, vice president of R&D, said Genesys 2005 not only adds significant capabilities to the design suite, but includes enhancements to virtually every tool. "At the same time, we have built a modern infrastructure that will permit us to add future capabilities quickly and easily," Zachmann said. "Finally, we have revamped the user interface to make Genesys even more powerful and easy to use."
Pricing for Genesys 2005 starts at $5,000, with shipments scheduled to being during the third quarter.
