MANHASSET, N.Y. NEC Corp. has established a sales &
marketing subsidiary in Russia to address a growing mobile phone market there.
NEC (Tokyo, Japan) is establishing the subsidiary by merging its Moscow Representative Office with the Radio Technical Center (a technical support center) to form NEC Infocom.
