OS developer Wind River Systems Inc. said Thursday (Aug. 30) its second-quarter revenues rose 15 percent over the previous quarter to $84.6 million.
Ken Klein, chairman and CEO of Wind River (Alameda, Calif.) attributed the revenue hike to return on investments in products and alliances.
Net income during the company's second quarter totaled $4.3 million compared to $3.1 million in the same period a year ago.
For the full year, Wind River is forecasting revenue in the range of $325 million and $330 million. Net income per share for the year is forecast to range from $0.28 and $0.30, the company said.
