This article sounds good to expands into US & Europe. How many jobs will be created for the citizen of those countries...? The article stated: "Today those engineers rotate in and out of the U.S. for stays of three to six months to work closely with customers, including large financial firms and big high tech companies such as Cisco Systems, Hewlett-Packard, Microsoft and Sun." The key-word "rotate in and out the US" for "stays 3 to 6 months". Meaning: May be H1B but more likely using other type of Visa. I used to work for a company that outsource to company that brings Indian Engineers from India - some have H1B, but some don't have. Interestingly enough, all the workers are Indian. Is this what the US or Europe wants...? Would "Wipro Ltd" show a chart of how many of its work force "US citizen vs. Indian" when doing business in the US, or in Europe...? I word come to mind: Doom... Stop wondering why american students don't want to study engineering... We don't have a shortage of qualified engineers, we only have a shortage of qualified engineer to work with indian salary.
