There is already an energy research lab called NREL (National Renewable Energy Labs) right here in Colorado. I believe NREL is also in Oak Ridge, Tennessee and there is a wind research facility in Albuquerque (sp?) Why do we need to create another agency? Give them more funding to facilitate their work.
