SAN JOSE, Calif. -- Jing Hua Wu, who was accused of murdering three executives at SiPort Inc., will not face the death penalty if convicted, according to the San Francisco Chronicle.
Wu faces life in prison without parole if found guilty, according to the report.
As reported, Wu was apparently fired from his test engineering job at SiPort (Santa Clara, Calif.). He returned to the facility on Nov. 14 and fatally shot three people from the company, according to reports. Wu, 47, was arrested on Nov. 15 in Mountain View, Calif.
