The Rhino3 includes an internal 12-channel GPS-locked ovenized crystal oscillator that synchronizes with high accuracy and stability 10 MHz and 1 PPS for referencing in any area where GPS reception is weak or impossible such as underground, indoors and large cities. Rhino3 includes an internal Ni-MH battery and fast charging system so it may be used without any external power in the field for over 3 hours. 12 volt external power may also be attached for charging or prolonged use in any vehicle.
