HigherGround announced an agreement with Left Bank Solutions to include Left Bank's Monet Workforce Management Suite in their product offerings.
HigherGround produces call recording software, data collection, monitoring solutions and reporting tools for call centers. Left Bank Solutions provides workforce optimization tools for small and medium sized contact centers.
With this agreement, HigherGround will combine Left Bank's workforce management program, Monet WFM 4.5, with its Fusion Series 7 product suite of call recording and reporting software. This bundling approach provides contact centers with advanced and integrated workforce optimization. The enterprise tool allows contact center managers to accurately forecast call volume and timing, as well as schedule agents by skill set.
