Affiliated Computer Services, a provider of business process outsourcing and information technology tools, announced that its Spanish bilingual service capabilities have grown to include more than 1,800 customer care representatives.
Currently, ACS has 18,000 call center representatives in 75 centers across the United States and around the world. The company is equipped to support 20 languages worldwide. ACS now operates multi-lingual programs in four countries, and has a nearly two-decade history in call center operations across a number of industries. More than ten percent of all of ACS' customer care representatives are Spanish bilingual, and the company expects as much as a 50 percent growth in its bilingual operations over the next two years.

Through studies and experience, we've found that a large proportion of Spanish speaking customers prefer to be served in the language that is most familiar to them."
