LONDON ROHM Semiconductor is supplying the ML610Q400 series of CMOS 8 bit microcontrollers developed by OKI Semiconductor.
The ML610Q400 specifications include operation from 3.6V down to 1.1V with embedded flash memory operating with 1.1V voltage. The current is 0.5 µA in HALT mode and 0.15 µA in STOP mode.
The MCY is based on one instruction per clock cycle on RISC architecture with 3-stage pipeline.
The ML610Q400 ICs are equipped with a LCD driver and two kinds of A/D converter making them sutable for sensor based applications with LCD display such as wristwatches, pedometers, heart rate monitors, and thermostats.
Also available are the ML610Q340 series, a family of derivates optimized for high quality audio playback function by adding synthesizer, filter functions, 16bit-DAC and 1W speaker amplifier.
