Geneva The TS615 and TS616 are dual current-feedback operational amplifiers featuring a slew rate of 410 V/μs and a -3-dB bandwidth of 40 MHz, for an output current of 410 mA. Aimed at xDSL design, both op amps from operate +/-2.5 to +/-6 V with a dual supply voltage, or from 5 to 12 V on a single supply voltage. This gives the part the ability to driver a differential load of 50 ohms with a swing of 21V (from a 12-V power supply) and a differential load of 25 ohms with a swing of 7.6 V (from a 5-V power supply).
The op amps sport a third-order intermodulation distortion of -88 dBc at 100 kHz/110 kHz, 16 V peak-to-peak and a 50-ohm differential load. The TS651 is housed in a TSSOP-14 exposed-pad plastic package while the TS616 is supplied in an SO-8 exposed-pad plastic package,
