CB3T is a family of voltage bus switches that operate at 3.3 or 2.5 V and support 5-V TTL, 3.3-V LVTTL, and 2.5-V CMOS switching standards. This family of devices supports mixed-mode signal operation on all ports by offering 5-V input to 3.3-V output level shifting with a 3.3-V Vcc. This translation feature allows switching in this family to provide an interface between memory, processors, logic, ASICs, and peripherals.
The CB3Q bus switch family operates at 3.3 or 2.5 V, supporting 5-V TTL, 3.3-V LVTTL, and 2.5-V CMOS switching standards. Devices in this family provide a flat on-state resistance and 0 to 5-V rail-to-rail switching. Devices in this family can be used for interfacing components in switch, router, hub, and wireless base station designs.
CBT-C is a general-purpose bus-switch family operating at 5-V and supporting the 5-V TTL and 3.3-V LVTTL switching standards. Devices in this family sport -2-V undershoot protection and an Ioff feature for partial power-down applications.
