The THS4502 is one of a family of fully differential amplifiers with a distortion figure that is at least 10 to 20 dB lower across the entire frequency spectrum than that of current offerings, according to the manufacturer's charts.
The device has a unity-gain bandwidth of 360 MHz and a slew rate of 2,800 V/microsecond. Dual input supply voltages of -5 and 5 V provide differential outputs with a current of 100 mA.
The family also comes with a single supply and with or without a power-down feature.
Available now, the devices are priced at $3.77 each in quantities of 1,000.
