The Okidata "7/24" free customer support program includes access to our customer support professionals, fax back capabilities, and e-mail with a maximum 24-hour response time through the Okidata Web site: http://www.okidata.com. The Web site features online user manuals, FAQs, downloadable print drivers, and information for all of Okidata's current products.
In addition to the toll-free customer support center and Web site, Okidata products are supported by a nationwide network of Okidata Factory Service Depots and Authorized Dealer Service Centers throughout North America. These centers provide on-premises service at over 2,000 sites in the U.S. and Canada, enabling Okidata dealers to offer full warranty and after-warranty support to their customers.
