Ansoft has announced its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended April 30, 2001
The company announced Q4 revenue of $14.1m, an increase of 30% on Q4 2000 results. Revenue for the full fiscal year ended April 30, 2001 also increased by 30%, from $33.5m in 2000 to $43.6m this year.
"Our core software business continues to grow from strength to strength," said Nick Csendes, president and CEO Ansoft. "We are on track to achieve our goal of $100m in revenue in three years."
Ansoft reported that it anticipates that total revenue in the next fiscal year will increase by at least 25%, operating income to increase by more than 50%, excluding its investment in Altra Broadband and acquired amortisation.
