The word "cognitive" did not have a meaning

It did not matter how fast one is running, if a direction is wrong.

The task of creating of an artificial system, capable to demonstrate a reasonable behavior and did not require any programming, is not too complicated, contrary to the wide spread opinions.

Unfortunately, today science did not provide a basis for designing of such systems.

The right concept could be characterized, by me, just in two phrases.

The essence of the concept is in implementing the feature of subjectivity into an artificial system.

That mean, the task of developing of a system, capable behave itself, cannot be solved, without designing of an artificial subject (person).
