SANTA CLARA, CALIF. National Semiconductor Corp.'s LMV100 family of 2.7-V fixed-gain block operational amplifiers integrates a rail-to-rail output op amp with up to four internal gain-setting resistors. The parts come in 2 x 2-mm SC70-5 and TinyPak SOT23-5 packages.
The LMV101, LMV102, LMV105 and LMV110 provide fixed inverting gains of -1, -2, -5 and -10. Typical power consumption is 80 microamps (maximum is less than 170 microamps). Typical accuracy gain is 2 percent, and output current is 160 milliamps at more than 1.5 MHz.
The LMV100 family is priced from 32 cents each in 1,000-piece quantities.
