I tell you, I have so many cool things to tell you that you wouldn't believe it ... but I am also up to my ears fighting fires as usual (I'm actually acting as the host and moderator for an online webinar while writing this blog, for example ... the presenters are presenting and I'm listening in on my earpiece waiting for my cue to leap back into action).
I'm too young for all of this!
But we digress ... I'm sure that you're all familiar with the American "Idol" program on television. Well, unless you live in the UK, you probably aren't as aware that they have a somewhat similar "talent" program. My friends in the UK keep on sending me links to YouTube videos of selected acts, some of which absolutely blow your socks off.
Over the last week I've seen two such acts that I MUST share with you. The first is a dance team called flawless that takes your breath away:
And as for the second ... well, it made me want to cry. If I had been there I would have been one of the first to join in the standing ovation (as the old saying goes: "don't judge a book by its cover"):
