Compel Electronics widens its fibre optic product line by introducing POF assemblies terminated with JIS FO5 / FO7 connectors.
These cable assemblies feature typical attenuation as low as 0.18 dB/m at l = 650 nm and, thanks to their structure with dual jacket and Kevlar tension member (6.0 mm outer diameter), can offer improved stability of optical transmission under bending conditions and superior durability for uses in severe environments compared to single jacket cables.
Typical applications include digital audio, office automation, machinery control.
Customised versions with multiple fibre cables and special protections are also available upon customer’s request.
